Refund policy

Online orders are NON-REFUNDABLE and quantities cannot be reduced. Delivery date may be changed up to 30 days before your event. Changes less than 30 days before your event may be done at IRE discretion and availability.

Delivery policy

By ordering delivery from our company, you agree that you understand your order can be pending for up to 48 hours before approval. Delivery orders must be booked at least 48 hours before the rental period. Orders that cannot be fulfilled will be fully refunded.
